Alauras Software
CRM+ Version 7.0 is the latest update to the Alauras' suite of media software products and extends the range of functionality and compatible devices. The new version offers enhanced eContract automation, new Customer Service functionality, increased reporting and now accommodates use of Apple's new iPad. These new features will help yellow page publishers create new operating efficiencies and assist in establishing a fully paperless environment. Version 7.0 will be offered without any increase in price to the current version while the iPad module will be offered at a slight premium.
The iPad module enables the use of Apple's inexpensive and successful touch screen device to complete presentations, monitor customer service requests and execute contracts. Use of video presentations for clients is more easily managed and signatures can be done on the touch screen by simply using a Mac based stylus or even a finger.
Currently two publishers are participating in a closed test which will be completed next week. A participant in the test stated "The Alauras CRM on the iPad offers the efficiency we need, and is proving it creates a speedy and extremely compelling sales experience".
Alauras CEO Vladimir Miloserdov stated "Version 7.0 is exceedingly flexible and can be used cross-platform with any publishing system utilizing contemporary databases." Miloserdov continued, "It's expected for Alauras to be among the first to enable the iPad for the yellow page industry, continuing to prove Alauras' commitment to innovation for industry at large."
Version 7.0 and the iPad module will be available as of Monday August 18th with deployments now being scheduled for September.
